    HOW TO MAKE YOUR CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY RECIPE PLAN.


chocolate and strawberry tart could be the best desert easy to make that goes with just any food. berries are great for health and are of more nutritive importance. 



      They are astringents work perfectly in achieving flawless skin.   
      chocolate on the other hand are high in in cholesterol, fats and oil, and also vitamins,calcium and fiber.

      So its important to careful prepare chocolate strawberry tarts accurately, to achieve desired result.




strawberry tarts can be prepared in many ways depending on your choice of recipe. the yourgourt strwberry is a quick way to preparing the strawberry tart desert. its delicious and more nutrive you should try this.







 you can also decide to make your tart with the chocolate which is just awesome and delicious. using the chocolate and sweetened sugar as your crust could simply give you a great sumptuous outcome. which is why i decided to show the chocolate strawberry tart.

still it depends on your preference you can decide to use your dipped strawberry coated with chocolate so it looks just like this with a satisfying taste. 

INGREDIENTS.

chocolate crust.
  • 1 cup of flour.
  • half cup of cocoa flour/chocolate cream.
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
  • 1/2 cup(110g) butter.
  • 1 egg yolk [slightly beaten].
  • removable tart pan of preferred size.

Tart Filling.
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 7 ounce (200ml) cheese cream.
  • 6 ounce of vanilla baking cream cooled at room temperature.
  • 1/3 cup of powdered sugar.
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste.
  • 3 ounce of milk. 

Strawberry Topping.
  • 300g of fresh strawberries.
  • 1 ounce of sweetened chocolate cream.
  • chopped nuts {almonds,pistachios} optional.


THINGS TO NOTE:

1. The right chocolate should be used. this would help the strawberries to stick to the tart after finishes are made.

2. freshly prepared cheese cream should be used, your tarts becomes a glob if the cheese cream used is bad. 

        Now that you know all these lets look at how you can prepared your quickie chocolate strawberry tart in minutes for desert.

DIRECTIONS.

Crust Preparation.

1). In a medium bowl, mixed the cocoa,flour and sugar together. add butter to the mixture using a pastry cutter. mix further until the coarse crumbs is visible.

2). slowly add your egg yolk while working your way through the dough processing it finely until it thickens and holds together. This will take up to 3 minutes or less.

3). Take a ball of the dough,place in tart pan and press mixture evenly over the bottom and edges of pan. you can use hands or spoon. make sure the dough comes right up to the top of the pan. so it looks like this.!!! 




4.) keep in freezer for 25 minutes. cover the dough with foil paper. and bake for another 25 minutes. carefully remove the foil. them bake for another 3 minutes to properly bake tart.

5.) then allow to cool. you can keep in refrigerator.

FILLING PREPARATION. 

1.) Use an electric mixer to blend the 200ml cheese cream,powdered sugar,and two spoon vanilla bean paste until its soft and smooth. 
2.) Gradually add the vanilla baking cream to the mixture and beat well.
3.) Use a separate bowl add whipping cream beat till if forms a soft peak form.
4.) Add the whipped cream to the white vanilla cheese mixture,one spoon at a time and beating the mixture till its smooth.
5.) Spread the white vanilla filling on the cooled crust. refrigerate for 2hours minutes.

TART FINISHING.

1. Wash the strawberries and almonds or pistachios. cut off the leafy part from the head neatly. 
2. Slice the strawberries neatly from to to bottom in halves.  
3. Take out tart from refrigerator, after five minutes neatly place the sliced berries on the top of the tart in your desired matter. 
4. Set the tart on a serving dish.
